Advention Business Partners’ recruiting process is customised for each candidate, but generally includes three interviews. All interviews combine a business case and a discussion about the candidate (experience, values, motivation, etc.).

Our interviews focus on testing three key dimensions:

  • Capabilities: Do your analytical and interpersonal skills meet the standards required to be an effective professional?
  • Commitment: Have you demonstrated an interest in

  • Capacity to Learn: Have you shown through your personal experiences and our interviews an ability to integrate new data and feedback and adapt your views and behaviour?
