Eric cumulates more than 20 years of experience in strategy consulting. He spent the first three years of his career designing and implementing the strategy of new entrants on the French and Spanish telecommunications markets. In 2000, he contributed to the creation of a pan-European consulting firm specializing in e-Business strategy for large corporations.
In March 2001, he was one of the founding members of Advention. Since then, in addition to significantly developing the company through projects and customers management.
Eric is especially at ease in all industrial and technical environments. His main customers operate in transportation, shipbuilding, engineering, defense and complex manufacturing industries. He has solid analytical skills, which help him tackle his customers’ strategic issues. He is a polyvalent consultant, able to lead projects in any field: corporate strategy, development strategy, screening of acquisition targets, performance improvement programs, etc.
Eric graduated from Télécom ParisTech in 1996.
